  • Full Tilt Deposit Bonus

To date my entries have gone over Rush Poker and other reasons to play at Full Tilt. Today I am going to go over the Full Tilt Poker bonus where the site matches your first deposit and you receive 100% in bonuses up to $600. This extra cash is a fantastic method for the new and even the seasoned player to boost the bank account when they play poker on FullTilt.com.

As soon as you make your Full Tilt Poker download and enter the necessary bonus code, you can begin earning your new bonus. Be prepared to grind a little to clear this bonus. The required hours to earn this bonus will vary greatly depending on your preferred stakes. The bonus will be released at a rate of $0.06 per Full Tilt Point (FTP), which you earn by participating in Full Tilt's real money games. For example, let's say you deposited $600 and want to clear your bonus of $600. You will need a total of $600/$0.06 = 10,000 FTPs to clear the entire bonus. If you mainly play cash games, you'll have to keep in mind that for each $1 worth of rake, every player that got dealt cards during the hand will earn 1 point. That translates into a rake of $10,000 if you want to release the bonus in its entirety while participating in cash games, which is not as much as it sounds.

If your standard game has been on play money poker sites, you should probably take it slow at first, but you’d expect that the bigger the game, the faster the bonus can be had. If you spend time at $25NL, it will require approximately 156,187 hands of Full Ring or 108,652 hands of 6-max if you want the whole bonus. If 50NL is your thing, it will take you a total of approximately 75,727 hands of Full Ring or 55,533 hands of 6-max play to get it all. Don't forget that everyone will play a different mix of games and stakes, so for you the numbers will be slightly different. These projections can at least give you a general idea, however.

Things are a bit different if you mostly play MTT poker. Every $1 in entry fees earns you 7 FTP. As an example, if you play $10+$1 tournaments, you will have to play 1,428 events to clear your entire bonus. Bump it up to the $20+$2 level and the total will be cut in half. You would now need to enter 714 events.

If you know how much poker you need to play, obtaining the bonus isn’t overly difficult. Plus if you are new to real money poker sites, the bonus is a great way to increase your bankroll. Some friendly advice: pick good tables, get dealt as many hands as possible, and be clear-minded. One thing to keep in mind is that you receive 120 days from the moment you make your Full Tilt download to clear the full bonus.
